HiJo Girl actually started as Hide Your Girl. As in “Hide your girl, Donny Benét’s in town.”

It started like all the best stories do: with two friends, a round of golf, and Donny Benét on the speaker. Somewhere between holes, the lyrics “Hide Your Girl” rang out across the green, and something about it just stuck. From that day on, “Hide Your Girl” became the go-to phrase. A greeting. A goodbye. An ironic cheer after a questionable putt (hey, we’re not pros).

And like any good inside joke, it evolved. “Hide Your Girl” got trimmed, remixed, and reborn into HiJo Girl. Somewhere between a nickname and a secret handshake, it became our thing.

Now, HiJo Girl is a full-blown golf apparel brand for people who don’t take themselves (or golf) too seriously.

We’re a crew now. And when we spot each other on the course, there’s only one thing to say: “HiJo Girl.” Finger guns optional, but encouraged.
